Star Trek Commander Week: Quark Deck, Federation Fleet Guide and Marvel Kit
Star Trek Commander coverage is ramping up: a Quark Treasure deck, a Federation Fleet precon guide, new accessories, plus a Marvel Secret Lair kit and tempo board wipe advice.

Quark, Humble Proprietor gets a Treasure-combat build
EDHREC's John Sherwood shared a Bracket 3 (Upgraded) mono-red artifact deck led by Quark, Humble Proprietor [1]. Quark has a cheap cost and a 1/2 body. He can't sacrifice Treasure tokens, and he makes a Treasure each upkeep. In a four-player pod, that adds up to four tokens per round [1].
The list has Treasure makers at every point of the curve, from Diamond Pick-Axe to Goldlust Triad. It also includes Big Score, Unexpected Windfall, Collector's Vault and Daily Bugle Newspaper [1]. Lands such as Treasure Vault, Fountainport and Mines of Moria help too [1]. Storm-Kiln Artist and Xorn are picked because they turn things the deck already does into extra value [1]. The plan is to win in combat.

Federation Fleet and the Star Trek Commander decklists
EDHREC has published a guide to Federation Fleet, a Star Trek Commander preconstructed deck. It is listed with a release date of Nov. 13, 2026. The guide covers the contents, the commanders and whether the deck is worth buying [2]. The excerpt we have doesn't include the actual list or verdict, so check the full article for those.
MTGGoldfish's weekly update also puts Star Trek Commander decklists at the top of its news roundup [3]. The listing gives no details beyond that headline. If you plan to buy a precon, these two pieces are good places to start.
Star Trek accessories and an artist series
Star City Games reports that Ultimate Guard has listed its official Star Trek line, with deckboxes, sleeves, playmats and binders. The set is just over a week away [8]. The products are expected on Amazon for US customers soon [8].
Separately, Ultra PRO is working with artist Yumeko on supplies built around two original illustrations, Geisha and Mermaid. The line includes sleeves, binders, playmats and deckboxes and is due in June 2027 [8]. Yumeko is best known for the Japanese Mystical Archive variants from Strixhaven [8].

Marvel's History of Heroes Secret Lair Countdown Kit
Wizards of the Coast announced Secret Lair Countdown Kit: Marvel's History of Heroes. It launched on November 2, 2026, on MagicSecretLair.com at $199.99 USD [4]. It contains 30 individually packaged cards illustrated by more than 30 artists. Each card randomly appears in non-foil, foil or surge foil [4].
The preview names several Commander staples: Fierce Guardianship, Vigor, Heroic Intervention, Devastation, Opposition Agent, Molten Duplication and Timber Protector [4]. Two uncommons from Marvel: Darkhold Destiny, Doctor Strange, Master of Magic and Beta Ray Bill, are also included. They become legal in all formats with that set's Prerelease events, which begin April 2, 2027 [4].

Strategy reading: tempo board wipes and blink politics
An EDHREC piece on tempo board wipes argues that removal often works best when you wait. Opponents may help deal with a leader, and you can answer a threat like Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger with Path to Exile at the right moment. The author makes exceptions for repeatable card draw such as Rhystic Study and Consecrated Sphinx [6]. The piece also discusses Farewell and why the author isn't a fan [6].
Another EDHREC deck tech covers Dack Fayden, Helping Hand as a blink commander. Its enters ability puts random creatures from your deck onto the battlefield, then hands some to opponents, goaded. Blinking a creature before you give it away lets you keep it. Cloudshift, Ephemerate and Teleportation Circle are the key pieces [7].
